Phase 1 of the project (shops and restaurants) has already been completed, and the second phase of the project is currently for sale and in the process of being delivered, with the start of operations scheduled for late 2023. A third phase of apartments will follow, according to the developer’s schedule, by 2025.

In addition to this residence, the developer has a number of other projects to its credit, including residential buildings and shopping centers in Thailand.

The residence will be managed by Wyndham Garden, the luxury brand of the U.S.-based Wyndham Group, which manages over 9,000 properties worldwide.

A freehold investor offer, with rental yields of 7%/year

The highlight of this program is the Condominium apartments, available for freehold sale to foreigners. An important criterion when investing in rental property in Thailand, full ownership provides additional security by enabling foreigners to own an indisputable title deed in their own name.

Added to this is a rental yield fixed in the developer’s contract at 7%/year for 5 years, then Profit Sharing until the 10th year. Profit sharing is 60% for the investor and 40% for the developer.

Investors can also take advantage of 30 days of free vacation per year in their apartment.

The apartments start at €150,000* and are sold fully furnished and equipped. They range in size from a 37m2 studio to a 70m2 2-bedroom.
